Payment terms
Default split for Full Build: 30% on contract signature, 40% on UAT acceptance, 30% on go-live. Faster alternative: 45% deposit + 55% go-live. Online subscription and one-off payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record (invoicing and EU VAT / US sales tax included). Wire transfer (Net 15) available for enterprise contracts. Multi-module bundle discounts: 15% (2 modules) / 25% (3) / 40% (full suite). Founding partner discount (first 5 customers): 50% off setup, locked price for 24 months.
Support tiers
All tiers include 3-month post-deploy support. Extended support: $4,995/mo (Standard tier) - P1 4h response, P2 24h, P3 72h. Enterprise tier includes 24/7 P1 SLA. Annual maintenance covers security patches, dependency updates, regulatory template refresh, and 1 minor version upgrade per year.
Subscription, billing & cancellation
›Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. Managed Subscription and any monthly/annual plans purchased via Paddle renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You receive a renewal reminder email 7 days before each annual renewal.
›How do I cancel?
Click "Manage subscription" in any Paddle receipt email, or email info@assaycore.pro with your invoice number. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then. No refund for the current period except as required by our Refund Policy or mandatory law (see EU 14-day right of withdrawal).
›Can prices change?
Existing customers keep their locked-in price for the contract term. We give at least 30 days' written notice before any price change applies at the next renewal. Founding partners (first 5 customers) are locked for 24 months.
›Who is the seller on my invoice?
For online payments the seller of record is Paddle.com Market Ltd (UK) acting as our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects applicable taxes (EU VAT, US sales tax, etc.) and issues the receipt. AssayCore remains your software provider. Wire-transfer enterprise contracts are invoiced directly by AssayCore.
›Can I get a refund?
EU/EEA/UK consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal (see Refund Policy for the digital-content exception). Beyond that, refund eligibility depends on the SKU - Discovery session fully refundable within 7 days, Full Build deposits refundable until UAT begins, setup fees non-refundable but credit forward.
